Introducing Sembley Sign: eSign built just for insurance agents

Today we’re excited to introduce Sembley Sign — electronic signatures designed specifically for the workflows of commercial insurance agents.

With Sembley Sign, you can send any combination of ACORDs, supplements, and uploaded documents to clients for signature directly from a submission in Sembley — no need to switch tools, re-upload files, or drag fields onto every page.

Sign submissions in one click

When a submission is ready, just hit Sign in Sembley. You can include any ACORDs, supplemental forms, and even your own PDFs like broker of record letters. Everything stays neatly packaged in one signature packet.

You’ll assign signers right in Sembley, whether that’s you, another producer, or the client contact. From there, Sembley takes care of the rest.

Every ACORD, pre-mapped for you

One of the biggest pain points with other eSign tools is having to manually drag and drop signature fields onto every form. We’ve solved that.

Sembley Sign includes pre-mapped signature and producer fields across all ACORDs, including pre-signed producer sections where applicable. That means you can send, for instance, an ACORD 125, 126, and 140 package for signature without touching a single field.

Integrates with your AMS

When the signed packet comes back, you can send it straight to your AMS, including Momentum, AMS360, and HawkSoft. No more downloads, file renaming, or reuploads, everything flows directly from Sembley to your management system.

Send to multiple carriers at once

Once all the documents in a submission are signed, you can send the completed packet to multiple carriers directly from Sembley. You can also track when each underwriter views or downloads your submission, so you’ll always know where things stand.

Built for the way insurance agents actually work

Sembley Sign isn’t just another eSignature tool. It’s built around the unique workflows of commercial insurance: submissions, ACORDs, supplements, AMS integrations, and carrier sends, so you can go from “ready to sign” to “sent to carrier” without ever leaving Sembley.
