What is the EMS API?
The EMS (External Management System) API is an additional AMS360 API that allows third-party applications to send personal lines home and auto submissions directly into AMS360. This powerful integration complements our existing AMS360 WSAPI integration, giving you more flexibility in how you manage your insurance data.
What Can You Do with AMS360 EMS?
With our new EMS integration, you can now:
- Export personal lines data: Sync homes, vehicles, and drivers from Sembley directly to AMS360

Comprehensive Field Mapping
Our integration supports extensive field mapping for:
- Vehicles: VIN, year, make, model, usage, premium, and more
- Premises: Location details including address, county, and zip code
- Drivers: Personal information, license details, and driver history
Getting Started
To activate the AMS360 EMS integration:
- Navigate to your AMS360 integration settings in Sembley
- Enable the "AMS360 EMS API" toggle
- Enter your EMS credentials provided by Vertafore
- Configure your business unit and line of business settings
- Start syncing your personal lines data!
